Remember your struggles with public loos? Times when you had to squat over the public commode, hovering on it and managing to pee without bringing your body into contact with the toilet seat surface?
We have even held our pee for really long just to avoid public loos. Yes, nobody wants the scary diseases that one can get by using public loos. Well, I found my remedy and would love to share it with you. The magic potion is called 'Pee safe- Toilet seat sanitizer spray'. Yes, your saviour is here. Here are the details about it.
The product:
We all have our DIY tricks that we use when we have no choice and have to use a public toilet, but that doesn't guarantee perfect protection from the germs and puts us at a risk of infections. Pee safe makes the job way easier by killing the bacteria and leaving you with a sanitised toilet seat. This messiah comes in a compact spray bottle and can easily fit in your bag. It claims to give you 99.9% protection against germs and it also masks foul odour by its pleasant fragrance.
How to use the product:
1. Shake well
2. Spray it on the toilet seat from a distance of 25cm
3. Wait for 5 seconds.
4. Ta-da you have disinfected toilet seat. Pee safely.
Where can you use Pee safe?
You can use it in the public toilets or any toilet seat that make you uncomfortable. You can also spray it to sanitise toilet tops, flush/door knobs and faucets.
My review:
I tried out this product in a mall's toilet and the toilet at our office. These toilets are used by several people umpteen times every day. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Comes in a compact spray bottle that can easily fit in your bag and is compliant with air travel rules.
2. Along with its disinfecting abilities, the fragrance is amazing and works as an air freshener too.
3. It can be used not just on the toilet seat but any thing in a loo that comes in contact with your skin.
4. You don't need to clean up before and after the use. It evaporates in a few seconds leaving back a clean toilet seat.
5. 75ml for Rs. 150 is quite reasonable if you don't use it every day.
6. It is easily available.
Cons:
1. You have to spray it lavishly hence 75 ml won't last much if you use it every day.
Conclusion:
Pee safe is a boon for me. I could hardly find any cons. My pee problems are sorted. And if you don't want urine infections or STDs (yes, you can get these if you use public toilets) you should give it a try.
